He has been responsible for hundreds of searches plus helping to develop many associates into successful recruiters.  Al got his start into sales with Fuller Brush as a door to door salesman to help finance his college education.  Besides being involved in numerous personal development programs, he graduated Magna Cum Laude from the SOHK (School of Hard Knocks).
